Also try in Roma L’Isola della Pizza; Via degli Scipioni, 41/49 tel 06 39.73.34.83 ask for Adele. This is one of my favorite European eateries, the other being Die Ende in Weisbaden. Wish I were there with you to celebrate.

I do wish I could join you for a celebratory pizza. I’ll be with you in spirit, though, as I bit into a slice of my own on this side of the pond. By way of curiosity, did any of my brothers on your side of the pond get in touch with you at all?

Prayers & best wishes during your final days on the road!

    Steve Godsall-Myers says:

Dear Sarah and Andrew, We will be on this side of the great pond, but will try to remember to raise a piece of pizza and appropriate beverage this Friday — 1:00 pm local time (time might influence appropriate beverage!). You have been on an incredible journey! It has been much easy for most of us to read along. You have been in our prayers. I thought of you on Sunday when we came to the 5th verse of our appointed Psalm 84 — “Happy are the people whose strength is in you, whose hearts are set on the pilgrim way.” I am sure your hearts will continue to be set on your way even as you anticipate the end of your journey. God be with you, Steve Godsall-Myers
